This antique bell medal has an original cross engraved on the front. This medal is set in a 14k Yellow Gold and Diamond bezel with a bale that has a 4mm opening. The only alteration is the diamond inlay on the medal itself. On the back of the medal the Sacred Heart of Jesus is displayed.
